This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub processes the IP address of visitors to deliver the pages and for security purposes (GitHub Privacy Statement). Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

PartBuddy Marketing (Google OAuth app)

“PartBuddy Marketing” is an internal tool used only by the operator to manage the operator’s own PartBuddy YouTube channel: uploading videos, editing video and channel details, reading and replying to comments, and reading channel statistics. It is not offered to other users.

• It accesses YouTube data of the operator’s own channel through the YouTube Data, Analytics and Reporting APIs. Public comments by other YouTube users on that channel are read only to moderate and answer them.
• Access tokens and the data retrieved are stored only on the operator’s own computer. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
• Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The app’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to partbuddy@gmx.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
